Successful candidates must be able to perform typical press operations. Excellent color vision is required.

• Continuous improvement activities

• Setting impression rolls and tension controls

• Use of spectrophotometer

• Corona treatment systems

• Register control systems

• Operating defect detection systems

• Train new team members

• Document production parameters

• Reading/writing/interpreting work instructions

Skills

• Mechanically inclined

• Excellent color vision and communication skills

• Use of MS Windows

• Ability to multitask in tight deadline driven positions

• Previous press experience helpful but not required
